NEMOA, the National Etailing and Mailing Organization of America, has selected Media Horizons’ Elyse Lyons as a 2016 Rising Star. Recipients will be recognized at a luncheon ceremony at the 2016 directXchange Spring Conference held March 9-11 in Boston, MA.
Each year, the organization grants up to six Rising Star scholarships to promote the development of the best and brightest in the industry.
Elyse Lyons, Senior Digital Planner, joined Media Horizons in 2013 as the company’s second digital employee. Since then, she has played a vital role in transforming the growing digital team into a full-service, award-winning digital marketing unit.
“In her three short years as a media professional, Elyse has defined herself as a true Renaissance woman,” said Erica DePalma, Vice President of Digital Marketing at Media Horizons. “She has mastered complicated media theories with ease, became an expert in programmatic display, social media, mobile marketing, email marketing and lead generation tactics. There aren’t many media planners in the industry with skillsets that cut across all these competencies and who have extensive experience planning for both B2C and B2B brands.”
Prior to joining Media Horizons, Elyse was a Project Coordinator for the City of New Haven’s Office of Economic Development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College in 2009.
