Cynopsis Media recently announced Media Horizons’ Vice President of Digital Marketing Erica DePalma as an honoree at their third annual Top Women in Digital Awards.
Erica, along with other innovative and digitally savvy women who excelled in digital content, marketing, advertising, online and social media over the past year, will be recognized at a ceremony on March 21 in New York City.

Erica’s expertise in customer acquisition and retention cuts across both B2B and B2C verticals. She leads the agency’s digital team that offers services in programmatic media, social media, email marketing, mobile, lead generation, affiliate and search. Erica’s work is regularly recognized by the marketing community in the form of published case studies, blogs, speaking engagements and awards. Most recently she was honored by Direct Marketing News as a 2017 “Women to Watch” and by MarketingEDGE as a “2016 Rising Star.” She was also named to DMNews’ “30 Under 30,” and was recognized by MediaPost as a “Rising Media Star.”
In addition to recently being tapped as a speaker for the Data & Marketing Association’s &Then event, Erica has made speaking appearances at the National Etailing & Mailing Organization of America and the Electronic Retailing Association’s annual conferences. She’s served as judge for the ad:tech and DMN Awards, is a past Board Member of 212—NYC’s Interactive Advertising Club—and she currently sits on the Leadership Council for the Data & Marketing Association’s Mobile and Digital Community.
