Kim brings 25 years of expertise in DTC marketing, customer acquisition and retention, branding, martech, data and ecommerce from various sectors including retail, media, edtech and nonprofit. Kim has held global CMO roles for world-renowned brands including The Economist Group, Flatiron School and Consumer Reports. Prior to that, Kim held senior-level digital positions at J.Crew Group and Time Inc. where she focused on scaling digital audiences, driving user engagement and growing e-commerce revenues.
Kim received her MBA from Columbia University and has been acknowledged with several industry awards including Folio’s Top Women in Media.
