William Daniel joined Media Horizons in 2006. William has supported client efforts in both online and offline media for over a decade, providing account services that range from building media plans to developing matchback campaign analyses. He has strong experience with digital tracking platforms and analytics tool such as: DCM, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Intelisent, Liveramp, and MailChimp. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Hunter College in 2001.

Kathy Pond joined Media Horizons in 2015. She brought over 20 years of combined agency and client-side direct marketing creative experience to the team, in addition to her skills as a designer and front end coder. Kathy’s expertise covers every aspect of direct marking, including new customer acquisition, lead generation and retention campaigns across multiple direct channels: digital, social, print, direct mail, and inserts, among others. Kathy holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Connecticut and is a true blue huskies fan.
Rick joined Media Horizons in 2006 with 12 years of client-side experience in all disciplines of direct marketing. In crossing over from client to service side of the industry, Rick has a thorough appreciation of client’s needs. In 2008, he launched Media Horizons’ Data & Analytics division. Rick’s expertise lies in analytics, digital tracking, attribution, statistical modeling and database marketing. He has client-side experience at companies such as Scholastic, MBI and Rodale – and holds an MBA in Marketing from Cornell University. Rick’s volunteering includes serving as the Vice Chairperson for the Newtown Youth and Family Services.
Tracy joined Media Horizons in 2006. As Account Director, she oversees marketing strategies, while managing the advertising budgets. During her career, Tracy has worked with all major media types from planning through production. She works closely with clients and internal teams to provide multichannel plans customized to meet goals and objectives. Previously she worked with RMI Direct Marketing in Danbury, CT and started her career in 1995 with LR Direct. Tracy attended the University of Connecticut where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English/History.
Heather has more than 11 years of industry experience. She is responsible for strategic development, account management, media planning, buying and optimization strategies across all digital. Heather previously held positions at TouchPoint Integrated Communications and Digitas, CT, formerly Modem Media, where she worked across multiple accounts within retail, travel, CPG, pharma and B2B industries including, but not limited to, Bowflex, ACCO Five Star, Delta Airlines, Dice.com and Kraft Foods. Heather holds a B.A. in Communications with a focus on Advertising and a minor in Business Marketing from the University of Scranton.
Cyrus joined Media Horizons in 2014, bringing more than 15 years of paid and organic search marketing to Media Horizons’ digital team, where he oversees search and affiliate marketing efforts. He joined us from Story Worldwide, where he held the title of Global Director, Audience Generation Strategy, working with Unilever, General Mills, Beech-Nut, and the USA Network, among others. Prior to Story Worldwide, Cyrus held senior search positions at Publicis Modem, imc2, Monster.com and Havas. Cyrus holds a Bachelors of Arts in Marketing from University of Massachusetts and resides in Trumbull, CT with his wife, two daughters, and black lab Ben.
Liz joined Media Horizons in 2000, as Vice President of Finance and Operations. She oversees all activity involving internal operations, non-accounting financial reporting, billing and collections, and outsourced MIS. She also prepares monthly financial reports, predefined special reposts, and analyzes/updates sales budgets and forecasts. Liz is in charge of the accounting department as it pertains to billing, receivables, and payables.
Erica’s work is regularly recognized by the direct marketing community in the form of published case studies, blogs, speaking engagements and awards. Her honors include being featured as a 2017 “Top Women in Digital” by Cynopsis Media, being honored by Direct Marketing News as 2017 “Women to Watch” honoree and by MarketingEDGE as a “2016 Rising Star”. She was also recognized among the “best and brightest ‘whiz-kids’ in the industry” in DMNews’ “30 Under 30”, as well as by MediaPost as a “Rising Media Star” in Media Magazine.
Rachel has been with the Media Horizons since 2002. Her client roster includes Direct Checks Unlimited, Graze, Harry’s, HelloFresh, MBI, PCH and Peloton. She is responsible for all account functions including strategy, planning, execution, and analyzing results. Previously, Rachel was a Sr. Account Manager with Media Horizons Management, where she oversaw the Redcats, Columbia House and Hanover Brands accounts. Rachel started her career at Weiden + Kennedy where she was a Media Buyer for ESPN. Rachel attended Syracuse University where she graduated with a B.A. in English. She currently lives in Harrison, NY with her husband and their two daughters Jordan & Dylan.
Tom joined Media Horizons in 1999. His prior client-side experience and experience working with clients across a variety of categories makes him uniquely qualified to assess and creatively solve marketing challenges. Tom oversees account groups with concentrations in home services, collectibles, continuity marketing and the over-50 market. His specialties include omni-channel customer acquisition marketing, brand activation strategies, CRM and attribution analysis. Tom is an avid outdoorsman and active with several organizations helping special needs adults. He lives in New Canaan with his wife and three boys.
