Susan began her career in direct mail. From there, she became passionate about the power of data. Through experience at Abacus (now Epsilon) and I-behavior and agency know-how, Susan leverages data to inform insights.
Today, Susan leads Audience Strategy at MH driving innovative catalog strategies that ultimately enable brands to connect with target customers.
She is a true leader who values partnership, fosters teamwork, and believes collaboration is key to driving exceptional results.
Susan earned her BA in Business/Communications from Alma College.
